So if someone can give me some advice and i will describe what i did: 1. I tried to install 2013.3 but now is Chinese new year so i cannot get activation file. I see that someone has put ACTIVATION FILE FOR ALL PC i tried that using serial 100251 and attached activation.xml but it always generates eActivation.xml when i try to use it during installation an nothing happens. I found 2013.1 installation and keys and installed it successfully 3.
I get error wen i try to test and it is reported as DS100 not as DS150? I don't know why? What is the difference between 2013.1 and 2013.3 does it have bigger data base of vehicles?

It kneads to be connected to cars OBD connector and get 12V additional power supply. Only when it is connected to a cars OBD It can do an upgrade AND ONLY AFTER THAT SUCCESSFULLY I DID AN UPGRADE and TEST WAS SUCCESSFUL, ONLY AFTER UPGRADE. I don't know why, bad controller interface or power supply circuit on PCB of VCI? I tried to connect pins 5 (ground) and 16 (12 VDC) on 12V external power supply stabilized but it want start it only starts when i connected to cars OBD connector. Please if someone can give me exact procedure how to generate 2013.3 activation file for all PC so i don't knead to ask my seller for it. I see that lot of people are thanking to WEBMASTER AND OBDSTART member for providing such activation but i don't understand where is the installation and which installation do i use. Does it knead patching main.exe file and.dll?

If someone can provide me with full installation procedure for cars license and truck license i would be grateful. Sorry for so many questions but i am little bit stuck with installation of 2013.3 and installing truck license on 2013.1 along with car license.
